Time: 2310hrs

Location: Washington X 173rd St.

Description: L-27 involved in a major accident with civilian auto occupied by off-duty NYPD MOS. MOS reported to be in critical condition at St. Barnabas Hospital. NYPD Highway units responding for the accident investigation. No serious injuries reported to L-27 members.
