Pawling our neighbors to the South has a B.R.A.T (Brush Rapid Attack Truck) under construction at the Firematic Shop on LI in Shirley N.Y, the same location that built our BRAT as well as are building our Engine. Here are the specifications of their unit.

That Google image is for Firematic Fire Equipment and their Pierce dealership and service facility.

The Firematic BRAT facility is located a few blocks away in an industrial park.

How big is the Firematic facility. The pictures always look like its very cramped for space.

For the amount of work they are doing now, they are definetly outgrowing the space. And they also operate with a very efficient, skilled, dedicated but small team.

They are attempting to find an alternate site to relocate to for more room as their production #'s are increasing. I can only speak from our experience but our BRAT had far exceeded any expectations that we had for it, it has been called out to several mutual aid departments in NY and neighboring CT, if you haven't seen it here it is.
