Initial Summary:    After performing ladder drills and public education programs demonstrating firefighting techniques on the morning of May 31, 2005, Firefighter Carr went to perform his afternoon physical fitness training.  

During his workout he suffered a heart attack in the fire station where he was assisted by his fellow firefighters.  

He was taken to the Atlantic City Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 1459 hrs.
