Time: 1945hrshrs

Location: Livonia X Watkins (73rd PCT)

Description: P.O. shot by perp transported to Brookdale Hospital. Perp was shot in shoulder and fled. Large perp search with Level 3 Mobilization, numerous ESU and Aviation. Perp located on 16th floor of 131 Belmont Ave at 2140hrs. P.O. was shot in the chest and abdomen and is in reportedly stable condition.
