Kawasaki of Yonkers to build next generation of Metro North commuter rail cars

Although LIRR will be getting them first, Metro North will be getting them down there line (2017-ish). The Metro North M-9A's will be similar to the M-7A's.

Also very good news for the City Of Yonkers.
