TMFD IHOP Fire 8-21-13 IA Followup

Follow-up report from FF1, member on scene:

Engine 37 first due engine, ran two lines.

Possibly an electrical fire originating at the panel, main body of fire was located within the walls and ran up into the attic of the restaurant via openings for pipes and conduits. Quick knockdown, location of fire, spread, and live electrical wires while waiting for Con Ed to cut power made it stubborn to fully extinguish and open up to check for extension.

VMFD released from standby when Larchmont picked up they took over standby.
