Trending Westchester Incidents

Is it just me, or are the following incidents increasing in frequency, especially lately?

-Wrong way drivers

-Missing elderly

-Hudson River Incidents

Am I forgetting any?

If so, is your department doing anything proactive to address these incidents, whether it be public education, training, equipment, dispatch protocol etc?
