Tarrytown FD Apparatus Bond Issue

According to The Journal News legal section July 19, 2013 "...Village of Tarrytown...authorizes the Board of Trustees to finance the costs of the acquistion of fire-fighting vehicles and apparatus...and authorizes the issuance of $989,400...serial bonds...to finance such purchase."

Anyone have more info on what is being purchased?
