If you need an answer that badly, call the civil service office. Don't go by hearsay on here.

Contact the County Civil Service Office. Since if it counts, it only counts if you do it with them anyway.

The address on file when you signed up for the test is the address that stays with you for the entire time the list is valid regardless if you move. It does not matter if you move and update your address. The address change on file is only to get in touch with you when/if your list number comes up. If they allowed for address changes to be valid with any or every move it would be unfair. Best of luck.
