The upper middle part of the state took a tremondous pound from the rain storm last night.

the govoner has declared a state of emergency for multiple counties

Im in the State EOC, looking at other pictures, its pretty bad. My county sent SEFU's to Herkimer county to assist. Flooding is surpassing major mark.
