Great Photo! Most of the Sanitation and Snow Plow Chassis from back in the late 1950's and Early to Mid 1960's, that were common throughout a number of DPW's throughout Westchester County (White Plains, Yonkers, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, Bronxville, Tuckahoe, Eastchester, etc) were indeed OSHKOSH Chassis. (Sanitation Trucks often were the combinaton of Leach Bodies mounted on Oshkosh Chassis)
