I'm looking for a roomate. I don't want to move out of my apartment, I love it, and I want to stay in Westchester.

I live in Mohegan, in a very secluded and quiet apartment, on the Yorktown side by Mohegan Lake.. It's very spacious and large,. Includes a private deck and plenty of closet space and parking. If you're interested, Lake Mohegan FD is right down the road. Close to the Taconic and shopping centers on Route 6 and Route 202.

$750/month rent, due on the first on every month. All utilities are paid for, except for cable and internet which will be split.
