Smoke Showing From New Rochelle 5-16-13?

Caught heavy black smoke, and for a period of time, a plume that was expanding....followed by grey and white smoke, with periodic black puffs yesterday morning around 11AM, yet there was no shout or IA.

Was there a brush fire in New Rochelle/Pelham/Mount Vernon area?

Mount Vernon has a working commercial fire @ 302 South Fulton Ave. around 1100 -1300 Hrs. I was at work and didn't have enough information for an IA

According to a LoHud Article, the fire was at G & Co. Mica Works at 293 E. 3rd St.
