Preparation For Rescues On The New Tappan Zee Construction

I was just wondering if their were any special things being done in case their needs to be a rescue from the new TZ Bridge construction?

Is training being provided to the responders (such as high angles rescue, construction rescue, etc) Is a muster point being established?

I imagine that, at certain stages, access could be quite tricky.
