01:19hrs. - Battalion 4 reporting fire on the roof w/possible extension to the Exposure in the rear. Battalion 4 reporting unable to locate fire.

01:26hrs. - Battalion 4 reporting using All Hands for fire on the roof of a bar at 116 E. 4th St. Battalion 4 reporting fire building is a single-story 40'x50' commercial building: Exposure # 1 is the street; Exposure # 2 is a similar-type; Exposure # 3 is a similar type; Exposure # 4 is a similar type. Fire is D/W/H. Battalion 4 reporting Engine 15 and Ladder 6 responding to 77 E. 3rd St. on the opposite side of the block.
