im in the fire one class and i was wondering if anyone in here had any tips like comfotable clothes or whatever.advice would be great

threr are many types of clothes that you could wear in the summer you could wear shorts and a single t-shirt and only thing is make sure you have a lot of water i took the ff1 and now taking the FF2 class so good luck and have fun. =D>

Nothing synthetic and light colors. The key is staying hydrated which means you must be ahead of the game. It takes twice as long to process water in your body then it does to lose it.
