Numerous agencies operating

Description: Two explosions near finish line of Boston Marathon. Multiple casualties, some reportedly serious. Boston emergency services and numerous supporting agencies operating.

At approximately 1450, Boston PD disrupted a suspicious device nearby resulting in numerous reports of another explosion.

Very active scene. Operations ongoing.
