06:14 - E119 responding. 60 Control reports caller is in car, trapped, unknown exact location.

06:17 - 55B1 on location, on the exit ramp to Croton Point Avenue northbound.

06:19 - 2082 on location with Command. One car overturned with confirmed entrapment. 36M1 On location.
