Bedford police announce 3 promotions

BEDFORD Three veteran town police officers were promoted in a ceremony Monday at the Bedford Town House

Town Supervisor Lee Roberts promoted Sgt. Melvin Padilla to lieutenant, Officer Andrew Bellantone to sergeant and Officer William Smith to detective.
