Narrative: Putnam 911 recieved call of a possible structure at above location homeowner stated she saw smoke in the upstairs and heard a loud explosion. County car 4 on location confirming working fire in second floor of two story wood frame. Fire knocked down very quickly by first due apparatus no extension to the rest of the house.
