Tuesday, December 18, 2012 Last night FDNY Ladder 129 was responding to a report of an electrical fire in the basement of a structure. While traveling east on Northern Blvd at 150th Street in Queens, there was a crash with a garbage truck. All 6 Firefighters that were on the apparatus were transported to local areas hospitals, some with injuries. The Firefighter driving had to be extricated from the apparatus. More details will follow. We wish all the members a rapid recovery.
