Weather Conditions: Fair, 55 Degrees.

Description of Incident: Working Structure Fire on the 5th floor apartment of a 6 story OMD apartment building. Fire was quickly k/d. 2 L/S/O. No injuries reported. Cause is under investigation. 5 other minor calls while incident was in progress.

19:10 hrs: L-74 o/s, checking.

19:13 hrs: B-1 reports 6 story ordinary OMD.

19:14 hrs: B-1 reports smoke condition. Requests 5th Engine as FAST.

19:14 hrs: E-312 dispatched as FAST Team on a Signal 10-29.

19:15 hrs: B-2 responding as Staging Officer.

19:18 hrs: B-1 reporting Signal 10-30 (All-Hands) in Apartment #55 on 5th floor. 1 L/S/O, 2nd line being stretched. Primary search is negative.

19:19 hrs: B-1A reporting exposures: #1 street, #2 adjoining 6-story building, #3 yard, #4 1-story connected industrial building 100x75.

19:20 hrs: B-1A reporting main body of fire is k/d, companies checking for extensions.

19:21 hrs: 968 Kimball Avenue: Squad 11; E-313, 310, 314; L-73, 75; respond to address @ Sarah Lawrence College, Zone #8 Andrews Court for activated Fire Alarm.

19:21 hrs: B-2 o/s.

19:24 hrs: 968 Kimball Ave.-- units responding.

19:25 hrs: 968 Kimball Ave.-- Sq-11 o/s, checking, all units respond at reduced speed.

19:27 hrs: 698 Kimball Ave-- L-73 reporting food on the stove, checking for extensions. Sq-11 reporting negative extension.

19:28 hrs: B-1A reporting fire is out. Confirming that Arson Investigator is already responding.

19:32 hrs: Nepperhan Ave.-- E-309, L-72 respond to MVA with 1 car on fire.

19:36 hrs: Mask Service Unit (MSU) o/s.

19:38 hrs: 698 Kimball Ave-- remaining units back in service.

19:43 hrs: B-1 reporting companies picking up, back in service shortly.

19:51 hrs: R-1, E-312 back in service.

19:57 hrs: B-1A releasing all units except first Engine and Truck.

19:58 hrs: E-303 back in service. L-72 back in service.

20:00 hrs: Shelley Place-- E-303 responding on a Medical Aid, fainted and possible seizure.

20:00 hrs: B-2 back in service.

20:03 hrs: E-309 back in service.

20:07 hrs: 1 Sato Ln-- Sq-11 on a Medical Aid, chest pain and difficulty breathing.

20:16 hrs: 121 Downing St. E-303, L-71, R-1, B-2 for an Inside Odor of Gas.
