Location: 8 City Terrace c/s Broadway

Frequency: NFD/OC911

Units Operating: NFD Car-1, Car-4, E1, E3, T1, Air Gurad (FAST), West Point (Engine), MLSS, 36-13, OCSO, Red Cross.

Weather Conditions: Overcast

Description Of Incident: 2nd Alarm Fire

Reporters: BFD1054

Units re-located to City of Newburgh PSB: Cronomer Valley E306 and Middle Hope T341

*I did not catch the original dispatch by Newburgh FD.

1410hrs-OC911 alerting Air Guard FD and West Point FD; Air Guard FAST and West Point Engine to the scene in Newburgh.

1412hrs-OC911 alerting Cronomer Valley and Middle Hope: CVFD Engine and MHFD Truck requested to re-locate to the City of Newburgh Public Safety Building for stand-by.

1415hrs-OC911 re-sounding Middle Hope; additional manpower needed.

- Cronomer Valley E306 re-locating to the Newburgh PSB.

1418hrs-OC911 re-sounding Middle Hope; driver needed for the Truck to re-locate to Newburgh.

1421hrs-NFD Dispatch advising Command that they've been operating for 30 minutes. Also advising that E10 and T10 have been re-hired, however T10 is OOS, inquiring if additional M/A is needed to the scene.

1425hrs-West Point Car-2 on the scene in Newburgh.

1427hrs-Dispatch advising that E10 is in service, Command requesting them to the scene.

1428hrs-Command requesting the Red Cross be notified.

1429hrs-E10 responding.

1431hrs-Command placing the fire under control.

- Dispatch advising that CVFD and MHFD are on stand-by at the PSB.

1433hrs-Dispatch advising the incident has hit the 40 minute mark. Also advising that Cause and Origin has been called back.

1450hrs-Dispatch advising Command that T10 is in service w/call-backs (crew in service only as T10 is OOS).

1456hrs-Command requesting PD for traffic control.

1504hrs-Command releasing the FASTeam.

1549hrs-Command advising that T1 is available from the scene, releasing Middle Hope from stand-by.

- Command advising that Central Hudson is on the scene.

***As per Larchmont_Boy, the Red Cross assisted 13 displaced residents from this fire.
