"The Department of Emergency Services and the Westchester Citizens Corps Coalition held a disaster drill for area volunteer teams at the Westchester Fire Training Center in Valhalla as part of National Preparedness Month. Dozens of participants from various volunteer responder agencies tested skills during the drill, which was meant to simulate a mass casualty incident."
