Description Of Incident: Battalion 1 reporting UI(United Illuminating) worker electrocuted and in cardiac arrest in an underground vault. 3 firefighters from Engine 1 and Ladder 5 extricated thr victim, who was hoisted up to the street and transported to St. Vincent's Medical Center by AMR.
