Not necessarily, if you look at the radar that was 1 small isolated cell. the largest mass is still on its way.

PUTNAM COUNTIES AROUND 5 PM...AND NEW YORK CITY AND WESTCHESTER

COUNTY AROUND 530 PM. THE STRONGEST PORTION OF THE LINE WAS OVER

SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA EAST OF READING...AND HEADED TOWARD

NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY AND NEW YORK CITY.

THIS LINE OF STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WIND

GUSTS...AND POSSIBLY A BRIEF TORNADO. KEEP AN EYE TO THE SKY AND
