3rd Annual St. Baldrick's Event - September 16th, 2012

The event will take place On Sunday September 16th at Valhalla Fire Company #1, located on the corner of Legion Drive and Entrance Way from 11-3 pm. For those of you that will be joining us for the first time, or returning from our past events we welcome you and cannot wait for you to experience this wonderful day with us! In the past two years, thanks to the support of the Valhalla Fire Department we were able to raise over $42,000 combined.

This year, joining us will be the North White Plains Fire Department as we hope to go above and beyond to exceed our expectations of incoming donations. All proceeds go directly to the St. Baldrick’s Fundraiser, which raises money for children with cancer.

We thank all of you that have joined us in the past, as our events would not have been possible without you; however, we encourage you to continue the tradition and join us this year for a great day filled with fun and high spirits.

This year we are lucky enough to have Herb Williams from the New York Knicks joining us to help the cause. Merchandise will not be provided, so please bring your favorite ball, shirt, or trading card to get autographed. He will be coming in the beginning of the event so get there early to be sure you won’t miss him! We will also be having a dunk tank again where you can dunk your friends, favorite teachers, and even your coaches!

For those of you who are returning we encourage you to get registered and start getting sponsored. For those of you that are not familiar with this organization, going to the website below gives you information about where the money goes and how you can make a difference.
