Description Of Incident: District 1 requesting a 4th Engine S/C en route. Ladder 5 o/s reporting fire on the rear porches. District 1 o/s transmitting a 10-3(Working Fire) for heavy fire showing from the rear porches of a 3-story wood-frame OMD. Engine 11 reporting fire contained to the exterior of the rear porches. 2 L/S/O's w/Ladder Companies opening up. All hands working. Originally reported as a structure fire in the building next door to 65 Madison Ave. All searches negative w/no injuries reported.

15:41hrs. - Engine 11 reporting fire on the rear porches, 3rd floor exterior. District 1 reporting fire on the rear porches. All hands working.

15:43hrs. - Engine 11 reporting fire contained to the exterior of the rear porches. Engine 11 reporting checking for hot spots on the 3rd floor.

15:44hrs. - Car 45(FM) o/s at Madison St.

15:45hrs. - Engine 1, Engine 10, Engine 2, Ladder 6, and Ladder 3 dispatched to 20 Reserve Rd. for a private Central Station Alarm. District 2 reporting they are clear from Madison St. and taking in the Box.

15:46hrs. - Tac. 1 reporting secondary searches on the 2nd and 3rd floor are negative.

15:47hrs. - District 1 reporting fire is u/c.

16:00hrs. - District 1 requesting what Engine is responding with the Rehab. Unit. Fire Alarm advising no unit responding with the Rehab. Unit. Fire Alarm advising District 1 they have Engine 11, Engine 15, Engine 5, and Engine 8 on the Box.

16:02hrs. - District 1 reporting holding the Assignment to 1 & 1 w/Engine 11 and Ladder 5.

16:04hrs. - Tac. 1 clear from the scene.

16:09hrs. - Engine 5 clear from the scene.

16:11hrs. - Engine 15 clear from the scene.
