Description Of Incident: Working fire in a commercial building containing hazardous materials. The building is used to recycle old transformers. 15 mile shelter in place was established and was latter lifted on Thursday afternoon. NYS Incident Management Team is responding to assist with long-range planning, downwind hazard analysis and remediation, and evacuation planning.
