Battalion 41 reporting heavy fire on the top floor of a 7-story brick 200'x100' OMD. Battalion 41 requesting 1 & 1 S/C. 2-2(2nd Alarm) transmitted for Box 1050 by Battalion 41. Battalion 41 reporting heavy fire through the roof and cockloft. Battalion 41 requesting a Tower Ladder on the 2-2(2nd Alarm) Assignment.
