Weather Conditions: Cool, Rain

Description of Incident: Car vs. tour bus, bus reported to be dangling over the guardrail. Upon stabilization firefighters used ground ladders to extricate passangers stuck on the second level. Passangers were transported to Brewster Firehouse by school bus. There were no reported injuries.

14:15 Croton Falls engine requested MA to Brewster

14:16 Bat. 13 advising 60 Control bus has nearly rolled over, at least 30 trapped, units on location are attempting to stabilize

14:16 Putnam 911 now requesting an engine to the scene as well

14:23 Bat. 13 advising that the bus is now stabilized

14:24 E148 responding

14:33 E148 on location

14:34 Everyone off the bus, being triaged per. Bat.13

15:00 2071 advising per Brewster IC all Croton Falls units will be remaining on the scene

15:11 Bat. 13 is requesting two school busses for transportation

15:12 Bat. 13 has 20 people on the first bus, 15-20 more for the second bus

15:18 Bat. 13 has 29 people on the second school bus, only person remaining is the driver

15:21 2071 all Croton Falls Fire clear of Brewster

15:21 Bat. 13 in service, returning

15:22 Bat. 13 advising 60 Control one lane is open, in the process of righting the bus, should be clear in 30 minutes, all passengers have been moved to the Brewster Firehouse
