1420hrs: PCPD recived 911 call about smoke coming from house

1421hrs: 60 Control dispatches E58, E60, E62, TL2, R40 to 450 Glenn for smoke from the strucutre

1423hrs: PCPD dispatched EMS to scene

1425hrs: 2393 on scene reporting heavy smoke in building, requesting first due to lay-in

1427hrs: 2393 reports working Basement fire, requesting 10-75

1428hrs: 10-75 Dispatched - E63, U65, EMS dispatched to scene

1439hrs: 2393 requesting C&O to Scene

1440hrs: C&O Zone 2 Dispatched to landline

1447hrs: Con Ed Gas on location, Electric ETA 15-20min

1456hrs: E60, U65 Back in service

1511hrs: L31, R40 back in service, C&O on scene

1600hrs: 2393 reports all units clear
