District 1 requesting a 4th Engine S/C and requesting the Training Division bring the Rehab. Unit. Ladder 5 advising District 1 of heavy fire showing from the 2nd floor of an OMD. Ladder 5 requesting a line to the 2nd floor. District 1 confirming a 10-3(Working Fire) on the 2nd floor, "B" side. District 1 requesting Engine 5 to stretch their line to the 3rd floor. District 1 reporting holding the Assignment. District 1 requesting 1 additional Engine S/C. District 1 requesting HPD for traffic and crowd control. Engine 15 advising District 1 of a verbal report of children on the 1st floor. Engine 15 advising 1st floor is clear. 3 L/S/O's w/quick k/d. Ladder Companies opening up. District 1 reporting fire contained to apartment of origin. All hands working. Originally reported as a fire in Apt. "C" for a structure fire. All searches negative w/no injuries reported.

12:22hrs. - Engine 9 dispatched to 117 Warranton Ave. for an EMS alergic reaction. Engine 16 reporting alarms activated on the 4th floor on Woodland St.

12:25hrs. - Ladder 4 advising District 2 of odor of cooking on Woodland St. District 2 o/s assuming Command for Woodland St.

12:26hrs. - District 2 requesting Engine 10 respond in place of Ladder 2 for the EMS on Asylum Ave. District 2 holding 1 & 1 for Woodland St. District 2 is 10-8(Clear).
