13:46hrs: Larchmont VAC dispatched to scene by LPD

1346hrs: 66A2 responding

1348hrs: TL7, E33 on location

1349hrs: 2222 reporting a working fire, negative 10-75 assignment, request tone for manpower

1350hrs: Larchmont FD toned out for additional personnel to respond for the structure fire

1351hrs: 2221 responded with a delay

1351hrs: 2222 reports main body of fire knocked down

1355hrs: 2222 requesting C and O to scene

1356hrs: C and O zone 2, Bat 15 requested to landline

1357hrs: 2222 reports fire is under control, overhauling

1358hrs: Larchmont and Mamaroneck Town FD (2231, 2233, E51 only) dispatched to 19 Shadow Lane for a CO Alarm (2231 reported 50ppm of CO in residence @ 1408hrs, Units clear @ 1448hrs)
