As stupid as this sounds, this will effect the fire service, I know my dept and many surrounding depts use these fuel cans for portable gas powered engines. Better stock up now!

Do you really believe this will affect the fire service? There are other plastic fuel can manufacturers out there. In only a few short seconds I found http://www.midwestcan.com/static.asp?path=2840 Made in the good ole US of A. They even make a 5 gallon metal "Jerry" can!

Looks how the CARB laws made it so now you need 3 hands to pour fuel. Scepter makes nice fuel cans too, but prices have risen on them over the past 2 years.
