Units Operating: Woodbury Fire, EMS, NYSP, Monroe FD (coverage)

Weather Conditions: Rain

Description Of Incident: 2-Car MVA w/(2) Fatalities

Reporters: BFD1054

2 car head-on with both drivers pronounced on scene.

Monroe FD was requested to re-locate (1) Rescue to Woodbury and stand-by in their own quarters w/(1) Engine.
