- CVFD Car-10 en-route.

1017hrs-OC911 advising that a Medevac has been placed on stand-by as per EMS protocol.

1018hrs-OC911 alerting Orange Lake; (1) Engine to the scene AMA.

1020hrs-CVFD Car-10 on the scene advising there is (1) person entrapped and extrication will be needed. Command advising he will await for EMS to determine if a Medevac is needed.

1022hrs-Command requesting Winona Lake to stand-by in their own quarters for Cronomer Valley.

- OC911 advising Command that EMS is requesting a launch of the Medevac.

1024hrs-Orange Lake Tanker-238 inquiring how they are to respond.

- Command advising they will be needed to enter the Thruway and set-up an LZ. They will land the Medevac in the NB lanes.

1029hrs-OC911 advising OLFD 238 that the Medevac has a 10-minute ETA.

- CVFD R303 on the scene.

1043hrs-CV LZ advising that the Medevac is on the ground.
