Battalion 2 o/s reporting heavy fire showing from the 1st floor, "A" side of a 2-story vacant 75'x100' commercial building. Companies forced entry. Working Fire transmitted. Heavy fire on the 1st floor w/extension into the 2nd floor walls. 3 L/S/O's w/Ladder Companies opening up. Battalion 2 requesting 1 & 1 and the Command Vehicle S/C. All hands working. Originally reported as a structure fire at Stratford Ave. x Kossuth St. All searches negative w/no injuries reported.
