Description Of Incident: Ladder 4 o/s reporting nothing showing from a 2.5-story brick OMD. Ladder 4 reporting smoke on the 2nd floor. Ladder 4 reporting searching for origin. District 2 reporting smoke showing from the "B" side. District 2 requesting 2 additional Engines S/C. Ladder 4 reporting heavy smoke condition on the 2nd floor. Tac. 1 confirming fire on the 1st floor. Ladder 3 reporting fire on the 1st floor, "B" side. Engine 2 reporting fire in the wall on the 1st floor, "B"/"C" corner. 3 L/S/O's w/Ladder Companies opening up. All hands working. Originally reported as smoke on the 1st floor. Occured at the same time as a Box Assignment for a molotov cocktail thrown against a structure at 37 Cabot St. All searches negative w/no injuries reported.
