Description: 1445hrs Division 3 just transmitted the 3rd alarm on Box 1123 and request EMS for 10-45's . Request ETA. Last progress report I heard....Fire in elevator shaft of hotel with extention to 2 and 3 floor

1500hrs- Building is hotel 16 story 40x40

1501hrs- D3 reports had pockets of fire on 2,3,4,5,6,9,15 floors. Appears fires are knock down. Starting primary searches. The 10-45 (aided) is a code 2 ( apparent life threating)

1510hrs- D3 reports secondary searches on 3-8 floors are negative. Fire still doubtful

1514hrs- D3 requests 3 additional ladders

1536hrs- secondary searches on 8-16 floors are negative

1549hrs- Car 4D Deputy Chief declares the fire under control
