Ladder Companies opening up. 1 & 4 S/C on the 2-2(2nd Alarm) for Box 141 by Field Comm. 1/Car 16. 3-3(3rd Alarm) transmitted for Box 141 by Field Comm. 1/Division 11 for relief purposes. 1 additional Ladder S/C on the 3-3(3rd Alarm) for Box 141 for F.A.S.T. by Field Comm. 1/Division 11. All-hands working. Originally reported as fire in a P/D. All searches negative. One victim removed and pronounced at the scene.
