Initial Summary:    Safety Officer Ratcliffe suffered a hemorrhagic stroke (cerebral bleed) while operating Metuchen Engine 4 in a funeral procession paying last respects to a Retired Former Chief and one of Ratcliffeâ019s best friends.  

Medical aid was rendered immediately at the scene and Ratcliffe was transported to the hospital where he passed away 3 weeks later as a result of his injuries.
