MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a G.E.D. from the Connecticut State Department of

Education or other recognized authority; of good moral character and reputation.

2. No felony, domestic violence, A misdemeanor or B misdemeanor criminal convictions.

3. At time of appointment:

 at least 21 years of age (applicants who have not reached their 21st birthday will be able to take the written

test, but will not be considered for appointment until their 21st birthday.)

 Be a citizen of the United States of America.

 Possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license
