YONKERS — Two emergency responders will be honored today at City Hall for helping delivery a baby girl during an emergency birth earlier this year.

Mayor Mike Spano will host the 11:30 a.m. reception for paramedic Robin Finkelstein and EMT Maria Figueroa, who both have 15 years of lifesaving experience.
