Description Of Incident: Two car motor vehicle accident. 74 year old female operating vehicle crossed the double yellow line and went head on with an on coming vehicle with two people in it. Both were transported to Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, NY. The 74 year old female driver was transported to Canton-Potsdam Hospital in Potsdam where she was pronounced dead.
