Description Of Incident: Tac. 1 released per orders of District 1(DC) from a 10-3(Working Fire) at 128 Shultas Pl. and Ladder 4 released from an AFA(Activated Fire Alarm) per request of District 2. Ladder 5 o/s reporting nothing showing from a 3-story wood-frame OMD. Engine 11 o/s reporting smoke showing from the rear, "C" side. Ladder 5 reporting a fire in the basement. District 2 o/s transmitting a 10-3(Working Fire). Engine 8 responding in place of Engine 9 as 4th Engine. Lawnmower on fire in the basement w/extension. Ladder 4 reporting light smoke condition on the 2nd floor. 1 L/S/O w/quick k/d. Ladder Companies opening up. Originally reported as a basement fire. Incident occured at the same time as a 10-3(Working Fire) at 128 Shultas Pl. All searches negative w/no injuries reported.
