Description Of Incident: Companies o/s w/jumper down 30' into Connecticut River from Charter Oak Bridge(CT Rt. 15). Victim refusing to get out of water. Marine 1 and CT State Police removed victim from water. Victim jumped back in river after being held and recovered again. Victim transported by Aetna EMS to hospital w/minor injuries. Originally reported as a victim stranded in the Connecticut River. No other injuries reported.
