Engine 15 reporting heavy fire in the 1st floor, front. 3 L/S/O's w/quick k/d. Ladder Companies opening up. District 1(DC) advising companies of reports of children trapped. Originally reported as a fire on the rear porch, then a fully-involved house fire. All searches negative w/no injuries reported.
