Description Of Incident: Engine 28 o/s transmitting a 10-77(High-Rise Fire) for Manhattan Box 292 for heavy fire showing from the windows. Heavy fire on the 16th floor w/extension to the 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th floors of a 21-story 240'x40' Class 1 OMD. Division 1 transmitted a 2-2(2nd Alarm) and a 3-3(3rd Alarm) for heavy fire conditions on the 16th floor. Numerous L/S/O's w/standpipe system in operation. Ladder Companies opening up. All-Hands Working. Originally reported as a fire on the 16th floor in the building in the rear of 100 Pitt St. All searches negative. One victim treated o/s by EMS. No other injuries reported.

11:21hrs. - Engine 15 o/s transmitting a 10-70(Water Relay Operation), urgent. Battalion 4 reporting all hands working. Fire is D/W/H. Manhattan Central Dispatch advising Battalion 4 per CIDS 89 Columbia St. is a 21-story 240'x40' Class 1 OMD w/standpipe system.

11:25hrs. - Division 1 reporting 10-84(o/s) transmitting a 2-2(2nd Alarm) above the 10-77(High-Rise Fire), 7-5(All-Hands) for Manhattan Box 292. Division 1 advising Fire Attack Stairwell is "B". Fire on the 16th floor.

11:32hrs. - Manhattan Central Dispatch advising staging for 2-2(2nd Alarm) at Delancy St. and Columbia St.

11:40hrs. - Division 1 reporting fire showing from the windows of the 16th floor w/extension to the floors above. Division 1 requesting 2 additional Battalions S/C on the 2-2(2nd Alarm), 10-77(High-Rise Fire) for Manhattan Box 292.

11:45hrs. - Division 1 transmitting a 3-3(3rd Alarm) for Manhattan Box 292. Fire on the 16th floor. Fire is D/W/H.

12:00hrs. - Field Comm. 1 reporting fire is in apartment's 16D and 17D w/extension to 18D and auto-exposure to the 19th and 20th floors. Fire is k/d. Primary searches negative. Fire is D/W/H.

12:09hrs. - Field Comm. 1 reporting all visible fire is k/d. All searches negative. Fire is D/W/H.,

12:17hrs. - Field Comm. 1 reporting fire is P/W/H.

12:37hrs. - Field Comm. 1 reporting 1 10-45, no code in Apt. 16K being treated by EMS. Fire is u/c.
