NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Sound Shore Medical Center of Westchester has teamed up with the American Cancer Society and TransCare to offer the ACS Road to Recovery program for southern Westchester County.

It clearly states in the article that the ACS has a pool of drivers and that Transcare will use/utilize its supervisors as 'rides' when ACS drivers aren't available.

I missed that, so thanks. 30A2 in the background lead me to think that they were using Transcare busses to transport, not personal vehicles.
